Şabat Launches Production of Fortified Cheese
The open joint-stock company Şabat in Dashoguz has begun producing a new variety of fortified cheese, as reported by Turkmenistan’s official media on Tuesday.
The company, a key player in the food industry of the Dashoguz region, currently manufactures more than 15 types of dairy products tailored to modern consumer demand.
In the first five months of this year, Şabat produced goods worth more than 2.5 million manats, exceeding figures from the same period last year.
According to the report, following its privatization and transition into an open joint-stock company, the facility underwent a complete upgrade of its production lines, equipping them with modern technologies that meet current industry standards.
