Kuala Lumpur will host an international forum aimed at attracting foreign investment to Turkmenistan’s economy, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Batyr Amanov announced during a government meeting on Friday.
The event is scheduled for April 23–24 this year. According to Amanov, around 300 delegates from 30 countries have already confirmed their participation, Turkmenistan’s official media reported.
The forum will include meetings between the Turkmen delegation and international companies interested in establishing business ties and exploring partnership opportunities.
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of comprehensive national economic development and instructed officials to ensure a high level of organization for the upcoming event in Malaysia.
The government meeting also addressed other matters of national significance, with relevant decisions adopted.
