President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, during his official visit to Japan, held talks with the country's Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, inviting him to participate in an international forum to be held in December in Ashgabat.
The bilateral meeting took place at the Government Building of Japan with the participation of official delegations, according to Turkmenistan's official media reports.
The President of Turkmenistan congratulated Ishiba on the successful opening of "EXPO 2025" and emphasized that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to the development of a constructive partnership with Japan.
The discussions focused on political dialogue, expanding trade and economic relations, humanitarian cooperation, and strengthening parliamentary interactions.
On the same day, the President of Turkmenistan also met with the Emperor of Japan, Naruhito. December.
