National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met on Friday in Ashgabat with Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the President's Office of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. During the talks, Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov invited UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the International Forum on Peace and Trust, which will take place on December 12, 2025, in Ashgabat.

The talks emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral cooperation based on the principles of mutual respect and support. The high level of interstate dialogue creates a strong platform for cooperation in various areas, as reported by the official media Turkmenistan.

The parties also discussed the development of partnerships in culture, science, education, and the arts, and expressed interest in holding mutual Culture Days and specialized exhibitions.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan highlighted the UAE's consistent support for Turkmenistan's peace initiatives on the international stage.

At the end of the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan exchanged wishes for success in their state activities, as well as peace and prosperity for the peoples of both countries.
