The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) has announced new construction projects in Balkan Velayat. Entrepreneurs and investors can participate in creating infrastructure that aims to develop the region and improve its economic indicators.
The initiatives align with state programs and decrees from the President of Turkmenistan, according to the announcement published in the newspaper Turkmenistan.
The proposed facilities include production buildings, production bases for private construction companies, refrigerated warehouses, and livestock farms that incorporate water-saving technologies. The projects will establish facilities in various etraps of the velayat, such as Balkanabat, Bereket, Gyzylarbat, and Esenguly.
Plans also include constructing factories for producing expanded clay, cement, and iodine, as well as establishing shopping centers, wedding halls, and service houses.
