In the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, a new Control and Analytical Center opened under the State Customs Service, as reported by the news program Watan habarlary.
The center features modern technologies that enable real-time remote monitoring of customs facilities across the country.
The center includes advanced equipment that allows staff to monitor and analyze all operations at customs posts, enhancing the service's efficiency, according to the report.
The systems track the movement of goods and cargo through border crossing points, strengthening control over automotive, railway, and air transport flows.
The center's infrastructure includes comfortable workspaces, relaxation areas, and a meeting room equipped for online conferences. The technologies also boost the service's analytical capabilities and promote closer inter-agency cooperation.
Founded in 1991, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan regulates the country's customs activities.
