President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan extended his New Year greetings to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Friday.

In his message, Erdoğan wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov strong health, prosperity, and success in the New Year.

Additionally, other international leaders, including President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong Un, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Zhao Leji, and Governor of Saint Petersburg, Russia, Alexander Beglov, also sent their New Year congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan.

Earlier, the head of state received congratulations from General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council and Prime Minister of Myanmar; Asad Majid Khan, Secretary-General of the Economic Cooperation Organization; Sultan Raev, Secretary-General of TURKSOY; Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission; Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia; Igor Babushkin, Governor of Astrakhan Region; Neda Berger, head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society; and Oleg Storchovoy, Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee.
