Turkmen Ministry of Construction to Sign Contract With Parlak Nesil
Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
To establish a State Information System for Pricing in Construction in Turkmenistan and to implement the State Program for developing a national estimated normative base and improving the pricing system in construction, the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree authorizing the Ministry of Construction and Architecture to sign a contract with the economic society "Parlak Nesil" for the enhancement of cost estimation software.
