International Islamic Business Forum IIBF-2024, July 27-28, Ulyanovsk, Russia

At the International Islamic Business Forum IIBF-2024, which took place from July 27-28 in Ulyanovsk (RF), a number of agreements on the development of economic cooperation were concluded.

In particular, an agreement was concluded with the “Shailan” company on the creation of a dealership center for Ulyanovsk goods, namely food products, in Turkmenistan, as reported on the website of the governor and government of the Ulyanovsk region.

The agreement on this was reached during the work of the business delegation in Ashgabat in June this year. The “Shailan” company has more than six thousand customer stores, the trade volume exceeds 1,5 thousand tons of food products per month.

“Today, Turkmen partners are interested in purchasing confectionery, sunflower seeds, snacks, and canned goods produced in Ulyanovsk. An agreement has also been signed with the “Aylan” financial house on the introduction of partner allocation services based on the principles of Islamic finance in the Ulyanovsk region”, - the report says.
