Gündogar Şöhlesi, a Turkmen manufacturer of ballpoint pens, took part in the 7th International Exhibition of Office and School Supplies, Stationery, and Creative Goods in Almaty on May 14-17, USAID informed on its Instagram page.
Participation in the exhibition was organized with the support of the USAID Enterprise and Business Environment Development Project.
During the exhibition, the company established promising connections with more than a dozen potential buyers from different countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Türkiye.
According to the report, the Emirati distributor, which has an extensive network throughout Africa, has shown interest in promoting Gündogar Şöhlesi pens to the African market, which underlines the global appeal of the company's products.
As part of its growth strategy for 2023, Gündogar Şöhlesi aims to strengthen its presence in the markets of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
Gündogar Şöhlesi, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country, is designed to produce about 2 million products per month, which will allow the products not only to be sold in the domestic market but also to be exported to neighboring countries.
