Turkmen Leader Extends Birthday Wishes to Tatarstan President
President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation, on the occasion of his birthday, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Thursday.
The Head of the State wished Rustam Minnikhanov robust health, family well-being, happiness, and continued success in all endeavors contributing to the welfare of the fraternal people of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, also conveyed warm congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on his birthday.
"I want to express gratitude for your significant contribution and special attention to strengthening and developing relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation," said Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in his message.
