Specialists from the Körpeje gas production department, a part of the Nebitgazçykaryş Trust within the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern, produced 2 billion 904 million cubic meters of natural gas from operational wells throughout 2023.
As reported by the official media of Turkmenistan on Tuesday, the management specialists surpassed the annual plan by an impressive 104.4 percent, exceeding the target volume by more than 112 million cubic meters.
The Körpeje gas production department operates wells in the Körpeje, Çekişler, and Altyguýy fields in the western region of Turkmenistan. They are responsible for extracting natural gas, as well as its processing and delivery to consumers.
During the reporting period, the department prepared 55 thousand 342 tons of crude oil from the gas condensate produced at these wells.
