Turkmenistan Introduces License on Construction Materials Production

The law took effect on the same day it was published in the official press.

According to the amendment to the Law of Turkmenistan on Licensing of Separate Types of Activity, production of industrial construction materials, products and structures has been added to the list of the business activities with required licensing.

The addition to the relevant Law was signed by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on March 16, 2023.

The addition to the law of Turkmenistan on Licensing of Separate Types of Activity was published in the Thursday edition of the Turkmenistan newspaper.

This amendment was added after paragraph 22 of the first part of Article 22 of the Law of Turkmenistan On Licensing of Separate Types of Activity dated June 25, 2008.

The law took effect on the same day it was published in the official press.
