Turkmen Agricultural Companies Purchase John Deere Machinery

John Deere will deliver 785 agricultural machinery to the country by order of Turkmen businesses engaged in agricultural activities.

By the order of 107 members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, John Deere is gradually supplying tractors, combines and various agricultural machinery to the country.

According to the Rysgal newspaper’s Monday issue, John Deere will deliver 785 agricultural machinery, including 287 tractors, 48 harvesters and 450 units of other equipment, to the country by order of Turkmen businesses engaged in agricultural activities.

At the expense of loans provided to representatives of the Turkmen private sector, John Deere has already delivered JD 6155M tractors and JD M724 trailed sprayers.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on January 31, 2020, signed a Resolution on financing the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment purchased by entrepreneurs, providing for the allocation of long-term loans.
