Turkmenistan’s Ahal GTG Plant Produces Products Worth 197.5 Million Manats
In January-June period of this year, the plant produced 1,800 tons of ECO-93 gasoline per day.
Plant for the production of gasoline from gas in Turkmenistan’s Ahal velayat (Ahal GTG Plant) produced over 197.5 million manats worth of products in January-June period of this year.
This indicator increased by 172% compared to the same period last year. The main product of the plant is ECO-93 gasoline, the official media of Turkmenistan reported on Friday.
During the period, the plant produced 1,800 tons of ECO-93 gasoline per day. The product, which meets high quality and environmental protection requirements, was exported to Afghanistan and European countries, according to the report.
Ahal GTG Plant is designed to annually process 1.785 billion cubic meters of natural gas and produce 600 thousand tons of ECO-93 gasoline that meets the EURO-5 standard, and 100 thousand tons of liquefied gas.
