 
                                                        
Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries exceeded the motor fuel production plan for the six-month period by 144,813 tons.
Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR), Turkmenistan’s major oil processing plant, produced 811,407 tons of motor fuel in the first six months of 2021.
The refinery, located in Turkmenistan’s western velayat of Balkan, exceeded the motor fuel production plan for the period by 144,813 tons, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.
The construction of installations, designed to deepen the processing of raw materials and expand the range of export products with high added value, is presently underway at the TCOR.
The TCOR is the largest enterprise in Turkmenistan. In terms of its scale, it is comparable to the leading oil refining concerns. The TCOR also includes numerous oil depots and filling stations.
