Serdar oil products enterprise sold 5,450 tons of oil products worth 7.733 million manats in January of this year.

The profit of the Türkmennebitönümleri (Turkmen Oil Prodcts) department’s Serdar oil products enterprise for the past year amounted to 11.4 million manats. The enterprise fulfilled the 2020 production plan by 149%.

In January of this year, the enterprise sold 5,450 tons of oil products worth 7.733 million manats, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.

The company currently provides control over the efficient and uninterrupted operation of gas stations in the city of Serdar, Mahtumkuli and Bereket etraps, where tens of thousands of cars move on the roads. The enterprise has also automated operations at its nine petrol stations.

During a government meeting on February 11, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern should practice new forms of cooperation with international companies in the field of prospecting, exploration and development of oil and gas fields, attract foreign investments for drilling new wells and extracting hard-to-recover and residual oil reserves from old wells.
