Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR) processed 2.946 million tons of crude oil in the first half of the year, thus fulfilling the production plan by 103%, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Tuesday.
The TCOR produced gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel, liquefied gas, oil bitumen, lubricating oils and other oil products.
In particular, the plan for gasoline production was fulfilled by 104.4%, kerosene production - by 101.3%, diesel production - by 105.1%, polypropylene production - by 105.9%, lubricant production - by 104.7%, and liquefied gas production - by 180.7%.
The TCOR, the country's largest oil refinery, is designed to annually produce two million tons of fuel oil per year, process 250 thousand tons of liquefied gas and 230 thousand tons of low-octane light gasoline.
According to the report, the refinery managed to increase the volume of production of petroleum products due to the deepening of oil refining
The complex prepared more than 45 thousand tons of liquefied gas for export in less than six months of this year, thus fulfilling the envisaged plan by 201%.
