Trade and economic relations between Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan are showing steady growth rates. As reported by “CIS.Today”, this was stated by the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkmenistan Azizbek Madmarov at a press meeting.
Competitive products of Turkmenistan are in great demand in the Kyrgyz market. Exports include a wide range of products such as electricity, oil, textiles and tomatoes.
Kyrgyzstan, in turn, sends agricultural products and some household goods to Turkmenistan. The volume of trade between the two countries is constantly increasing. According to preliminary analysis, mutual trade turnover is expected to be at the level of 100 million dollars.
According to the diplomat, this provides an opportunity to further increase the range of goods and implement new joint projects.
