The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Turkmenistan has been granted full membership status in the Union of Turkic Chambers of Commerce and Industry (TCCI).
As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on Monday, the matter of Turkmenistan CCI's accession to the Union of TCCI was deliberated during an extraordinary session of the Union's General Assembly, held via video conference on March 6, 2024.
Established in 2019, the Union of TCCI serves as a vital platform for advancing trade and economic collaboration among Turkic states.
Presently, the Union includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan, with Hungary and Northern Cyprus serving as observer members.
