Turkmen Entrepreneurs Cultivate Paulownia Trees in Northern Turkmenistan

Entrepreneurs in the Boldumsaz and Shabat districts of Dashoguz Province are cultivating paulownia trees on their lands. 

The Paulownia tree, well-adapted to arid and windy conditions, thrives in the climate of Dashoguz province. 

The tree is renowned for its various uses, particularly in crafting furniture, musical instruments, and sports equipment.

Paulownia is recognized as one of the fastest-growing trees. Its trunk can be harvested multiple times without requiring new plantings, and both the wood and leaves serve as valuable fodder for livestock.
