The Mary regional police department in Turkmenistan is set to benefit from the construction of 52 new two-story cottages, each designed to accommodate two families.
In response, the municipal administration of Mary has initiated a tender to select contractors for the construction of these residential facilities.
Guided by the Presidential Decree of Turkmenistan dated August 8, 2014, No. 13792, the construction of these cottages will adhere to the maximum permissible prices for individual housing construction in Turkmenistan.
The tender to choose contractors for the construction of these cottage-style residences is scheduled for February 22, 2024, in the administrative building of the Mary municipality.
Earlier in January this year, on the occasion of Defenders of the Fatherland Day, the Mülkbagşy residential complex in the city of Mary saw the opening of 42 cottages, exclusively designated for employees of the regional police department.
