Turkmen Company Ramps Up Production of Plastic, Polyethylene Products

The company’s plant, covering an area of 2.5 hectares, is located in the Ak Bugday etrap of Ahal velayat.

Türkmen Şöhle Economic Society, the manufacturer of plastic and polyethylene products in Turkmenistan, has launched the production of plastic bags, including for garbage, Ahal Durmuşy newspaper reported on Monday.

The company’s plant, covering an area of ​​2.5 hectares, is located in the Ak Bugday etrap of Ahal velayat, according to the regional newspaper.

The enterprise’s workshop for the production of plastic products produces flower pots, scoops, mugs, children's toy molds, containers for paints, containers for dairy products and various dishes, and other household items. The company has also established the production of containers for food and non-food products, and the production of printed products for industrial purposes, such as trade logos.

The company not only sells its products in local markets, but also exports to foreign markets.

Türkmen Şöhle Economic Society was founded in 2016. More than hundred employees work in three shifts at the enterprise.
