Turkmen Enterprise Produces Glass Products Worth Nearly 90 Million Manats
Commissioned in February 2018, Türkmenaýnaönümleri is owned by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan.
Türkmenaýnaönümleri (Turkmen Glass Products), the state owned glass producer located in Ovadandepe of Ahal velayat’s Gokdepe etrap, produced products worth over 89.74 million manats in the first half of this year, the official media of Turkmenistan reported on Monday.
The company reportedly increased production by 141.2% over the same period last year.
Since the beginning of this year, the company has also started producing several types of bottles of different sizes on special orders.
The glass manufacturing enterprise is capable of producing 7.2 million square meters of clear glass, 1 million square meters of tinted glass, 300 thousand square meters of crushed glass, 100 thousand square meters of laminated glass, and 400 thousand square meters of insulating glass per year.
Commissioned in February 2018, Türkmenaýnaönümleri is owned by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan. The plants products are supplied not only to the domestic but also to foreign markets.
