Hazar Compressor Unit Pumps Around 363 mcm of Natural Gas

Hazar gas compressor unit pumped about 363 million cubic meters of gas to oil wells in the six months of 2021.
The pumping resulted in the extraction of 24 thousand tons of crude oil from the fields in Balkan velayat during the period, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Thursday.
Hazar gas compressor unit is under the jurisdiction of the Gas Collection and Supply Department of the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern.
At the beginning of this year, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in a solemn ceremony of commissioning a new gas compressor station at the Malay field in Charjev etrap. The station is capable of pumping up to 30 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year.
