Presently, the daily productivity of the well No. 636 at the Dagajyk field increased to 25 tons.

Galkynyşnebit Oil and Gas Production Department of the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern produced 44.41 thousand tons of crude oil during 11 months of 2020, fulfilling the production plan by 116.5%, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Thursday.

The Department carried out a number of measures to increase production rate at the well with low productivity No. 636, located at the Dagajyk field. Presently, the daily productivity of the well increased to 25 tons.

In addition, Galkynyşnebit has overhauled a number of onshore wells since the beginning of this year. Well development is carried out at a design depth of 1200-2750 m. Also, in order to increase oil recovery, reservoirs with a volume of 50-100 cubic meters have been installed on the territory of wells with low productivity rate.

Türkmennebit SC is currently carrying out a set of measures to increase the productivity of oil and gas fields, search and exploration of new promising hydrocarbon deposits, their development and to increase the volume of extracted raw materials.
