SynToprak Economic Society has launched production of disinfectant and antiseptic products under the EMEL brand in October, which have already appeared on the store shelves in Turkmenistan.

The specialist-laboratory assistant of the company Myrat Hojamuradov told Business Turkmenistan that workshops of the company located in Ashgabat produce 20 thousand bottles of antiseptics per month. The enterprise is designed to manufacture a ton of products daily. Antiseptics are packaged in 100 ml and 150 ml bottles.

The products’ 80% alcohol content guarantees a prompt antimicrobial action. After the use of the antiseptics, the hands are protected from germs for 24 hours. In addition to alcohol, EMEL also contains hydrogen peroxide.

Presently, experimental work is underway to expand the range of uses of the company's products, for example, in the treatment of burns. The antiseptics also contain glycerin, which softens the skin, and menthol flavor.

The company's plans include expanding the range of products offered to the consumer, as well as establishing business contacts with foreign partners for the export of products to countries such as Afghanistan and Uzbekistan.
