Turkmensistan’s Ak Hünji Starts Producing New Construction Materials

In 2021, the company will commission workshop for the production of decorative ceiling profiles with an improved surface made of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).

Ak Hünji Individual Enterprise has launched the manufacture of new products for the exterior design of buildings, Turkmenistan’s Golden Age news outlet reported on Monday.

Particularly, the company started producing new types of exterior decorative products with a protective coating made of expanded polystyrene (EPS). The enterprise has mastered the production of two types of decorative thermal panels, six types of decorative profiles, 18 types of architectural elements and one type of faux wood beam for interior.

According to the report, the production of these products is an important step in the development of the capacities of the company’s construction materials plant, which was commissioned in early 2020. The enterprise intends to expand the production of new types of products made of polymer, expanded polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene, as well as wall and roof sandwich panels in the plant.

In 2021, the company will commission workshop for the production of decorative ceiling profiles with an improved surface made of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). The new workshop will be able to annually manufacture 1.2 million linear meters of the new construction materials.

Ak-Hünji, established in 2009, is a leading producer of decorative profiles and sandwich panels in Turkmenistan.
