Turkmen Senet Economic Society intends to launch production of meltblown - a nonwoven material consisting of polypropylene fibers with a thickness of 0.01 to 0.2 dtex
According to Turkmenistan’s Golden Age news outlet’s Monday issue, the company’s plant, designed to annually produce around 2.5 thousand tons of nonwovens, was built in the industrial zone of Ak Bugday etrap in the framework of the import substitution program as a highly efficient environmentally friendly production. The company uses fiber-forming polymers as raw materials for nonwoven fabrics, in particular, polypropylene produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries and the Kiyanli polymer plant.
The enterprise has already produced more than a thousand tons of spunbond in the form of rolls of various widths and colors. The innovative products of the Türkmen Senet economic company have already received recognition from the specialists of the Türkmenstandartlary Main State Service, and the company has been issued a certificate of conformity.
The company also produces shopping bags, bags, tablecloths, aprons, women’s and children's hygiene products from spunbond. A printing machine is used to apply the necessary attributes. The enterprise has also launched in its workshop an automated line for the production of eco-bags for packaging products in stores.
The main customer of the new products is the Saglyk enterprise of the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan. Saglyk enterprise mainly produces disposable medical gowns, protective masks, shoe covers and disposable sets for operating rooms from Spunbond.
In addition, the company exports the new fabric to Turkey, China and the Russian Federation.
