Turkmen Mining Enterprise Increases Production of Construction Materials

Balkan Ore Mining Department produced about 1.937 million cubic meters of non-metallic materials in the first nine months of this year.

Balkan Ore Mining Department of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan has produced 22.475 million manats worth of construction materials in the first nine months of this year, exceeding the production plan by 113.4%.

According to the Türkmenistan newspaper’s Saturday issue, the enterprise located in Turkmenbashi etrap of Turkmenistan’s Balkan velayat produced about 1.937 million cubic meters of non-metallic materials, fulfilling the plan by 101.6%. The enterprise also produced 148.2 thousand tons of other construction materials.

In addition, the Department is successfully carrying out the production of materials for wall cladding. The enterprise fulfilled the production plan for such materials by 117%.

Balkan Ore Mining Department uninterruptedly supplies high-quality construction and non-metallic materials not only to the territory of the Balkan velayat, but also to different parts of Turkmenistan via railway.
