The enterprise’s production capacity allows manufacturing 19.5 million pairs of footwear annually.

More than four million pairs of shoes under the Gerçek brand have been produced in the enterprise located in Mary etrap of Mary velayat since the beginning of this year. The Turkmen company plans to reach the mark of six million by the end of this year.

According to the Rysgal newspaper’s Monday issue, the company has all the conditions to increase the pace of production. The enterprise’s production capacity allows manufacturing 19.5 million pairs of footwear annually.

Currently, production of a new autumn-winter collection is underway, where the main emphasis is on the manufacture of boots insulated with fur. The enterprise has also established the production of hundreds of types of children's, teenage, women's and men's shoes of various styles and sizes.

In seven workshops of different profiles, the production of shoes is carried out in stages: material preparation, cutting, sewing, laser cutting, assembly, lacing and decoration. The raw materials used are mainly artificial leather, yarn of various colors, polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride.

The company employing 397 people has been producing Gerçek footwear since 2015.
