Turkmen and Kyrgyz foreign ministers discussed pressing issues of bilateral cooperation.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov on Wednesday held online talks with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov, Turkmen Foreign Ministry said in a press release.
During the talks, the foreign ministers of the two countries considered the agenda of bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on preparations for the Third Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asian States.
The officials also discussed pressing issues of bilateral cooperation and, in this context, the issue of resuming consecutive meetings between representatives of the governments and private sectors of the states.
Focusing the global pandemic, the diplomats also paid special attention to the development of regional collaboration for further reinforcement of unity, stability and solidarity.
