Aýdyň Gijeler Economic Society intends to start assembling split-systems of various capacities, mobile phones, smartphones, computer monoblocks and 65 inch Smart LED TVs in Turkmenistan, Turkmenistan’s Golden Age news outlet reported on Tuesday.
The company also intends to launch the production of refrigerators and water coolers.
The electronics and technology center was opened on the territory of the former Türkmenkabel enterprise in Ashgabat. Electronic products manufactured at the center are intended for sale in the domestic market and for export, according to the report.
In June of this year, the company started producing 32 and 42-inch Tolkun branded TVs and 55-inch Zemin branded TVs featuring LCD panels and 4K Ultra HD resolution.
