Turkmen Cleaning Products Manufacturer Launches Production of New Detergents

Bagtly Zamana Economic Society, a manufacturer of detergents under the Aý Nur brand in Turkmenistan, began to produce new detergent varieties in 400-gram packs. These detergents not only cleanse clothes, preserve their strength and color, but also create the scent of spring flowers.

The company also started production of stain removers and bleaches, Ahal Durmuşy newspaper reported on Wednesday. One of the main features of the oxygen bleach is that it removes dry stains and restores the faded color of fabric to its previous state.

The company’s factory, located at industrial zone in Ahal velayat’s Ak Bugday etrap, was commissioned in June last year. Since then, the company has been producing detergents in 3-kg, 6-kg and 9-kg polyethylene bags.

The company's soap production workshop produces four types of 100-gram soaps under the Päkize trademark. The main feature of the workshop is that the necessary raw materials for the production of soap are prepared in the workshop itself as a result of the installed modern Italian technology. The factory is also the first of its kind in the Central Asian countries using such a technology, which makes it possible to produce high-quality raw materials from coconut and palm oil, according to the newspaper.

The Italian company Mersina carried out the project of the Bagtly Zamana’s detergent factory. Turkmen company packages finished products using machinery of the Italian company Essegi, which is designed to pack 5 tons of detergents per hour.

In order to expand production, the company plans to build a new workshop for the production of liquid detergents in the near future.
