The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan was established on November 4, 1991.
The State Customs Service of Turkmenistan on Monday notified of the entry into force starting from January 1, 2023 of the Numbered personal seals of the customs authorities of Turkmenistan of a new type.
In this regard, customs documents issued or certified by other seals will be considered invalid, according to the statement.
The entry into force of the new seals are carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan dated 07.12.2022 No. 88.
Established in November 1991, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan is a state governing body that implements state policy in the field of regulating the activities of the customs system of Turkmenistan, ensures compliance with Turkmenistan's international obligations on customs issues, and also fights against smuggling and other crimes, administrative offenses in the field of its activities.
