Construction of New Residential Complex Starts in Turkmenistan’s Dashoguz City

The new complex to be erected on 7 hectares of land along the city’s Zaman street will include seven-storey apartment buildings that will be built in stages.

Turkmen company Atalyk Gurluşyk started the construction of the new residential complex in the city of Dashoguz, the administrative center of the country’s northern province Dashoguz, the country’s official media reported on Tuesday.

The new complex to be erected on 7 hectares of land along the city’s Zaman street will include seven-storey apartment buildings that will be built in stages. Some buildings will consist of 42 apartments, some will consist of 56 apartments, and some will have 84 apartments.

The new complex will be adjacent to the recently opened vehicle terminal and will be located opposite the business center.

The construction of another four four-story residential buildings with a total of 80 apartments each is underway in the city of Dashoguz by Derkar company.
