The Exhibition of Economic Achievements of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 31st anniversary of its Independence, kicked off at the expo center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan on Tuesday

The two-day exhibition presents Turkmenistan's social and economic achievements in the years of independence, as well as features a platform for business contacts and promotion of domestic goods, providing guests with the opportunity to see and experience the changes taking place in the country.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, in his message to the participants of the exhibition, said he is convinced that the exhibition “will be an important platform for the development of cooperation between the public and private sectors, the wide promotion of domestic goods and services, which occupy a large niche in the global market, as well as projects that we implement!”

The program of celebrations of the 31st anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence also includes numerous conferences, round tables, song and music festivities, opening of social and industrial facilities throughout the country, and awarding of the winners of creative contests.
