Entrepreneur Berdimuhammet Chariyev’s dairy enterprise in Bayramali etrap of Turkmenistan’s Mary velayat has launched the production of new butter products under the Ak Çeşme brand, the country’s Rysgal newspaper reported on Monday.
The enterprise produces more than 40 types of products, such as cream, kefir, cottage cheese, sour milk, ayran, yoghurts and cheeses. Particular attention is paid to their dietary content, enrichment with various additives - herbs and vegetables, fruits and dried fruits.
The enterprise presently employs about 30 specialists.
Entrepreneur’s dairy enterprise produces high-quality butter using cream from pasteurized cow's milk.
Demand for these dairy products, which can compete with imported goods, is growing, according to the newspaper. Ak Çeşme products are also regularly exhibited at food exhibitions in Turkmenistan.
The enterprise’s dairy products are freshly delivered to markets and retail outlets.
