The company has the capacity to produce 80 tons of packaging products per month.
Üçek Economic Society, based in Mary city of Turkmenistan’s Mary province, provides domestic producers with packaging products. The company has recently diversified its production of packaging products by launching a cold lamination method.
The representative of Üçek told Business Turkmenistan on Tuesday that the company has a significant role in the production of flexible packaging products in Turkmen market. The company’s packaging products are in high demand in Turkmenistan among the companies producing various kinds of chocolate products, dry fruits, cookies, chips, coffee and beans.
Introduction of the modern equipment from the world's leading companies allows the enterprises to produce 80 tons of packaging products per month. Along with raw materials imported from abroad, local raw materials are used in the production of packages. This increases competition with foreign manufacturers and helps to produce import-substituting products in Turkmenistan.
"Our main goal is to contribute the domestic output of import-substituting and export oriented products with our packaging products,” Üçek representative said.
Founded in 2020, Üçek aims to establish exports in the future and negotiate with foreign partners on this issue. The company also invites Turkmen producers to cooperate.
