The enterprise has the capacity to produce around 80 tons of plastic bags a month.
Entrepreneur Parakhat Saparov’s Ak Ýag Individual Enterprise, operating in the city of Bayramali of Turkmenistan’s Mary velayat, is engaged in the production of plastic bags and currently exports them to Belarus, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
The company obtains main raw materials for production from the polymer plant in Kiyanly in Balkan velayat, the local newspaper Rysgal reported on Monday.
The enterprise is equipped with the latest machinery from China and has the capacity to produce around 80 tons of plastic bags a month.
The company sells 30% of manufactured products on the domestic market, while exporting the rest. Custom-made plastic bags are also exported to Moldova and Ukraine.
Founded in 2017, Ak Ýag IE currently employs 30 specialists. The company’s future plans include expansion of production and increasing of export volumes.
